HOW TO MAKE ME:


I only take 5 minutes! Heat 275ml of water and 1 Tbspn olive oil together in a pot until just boiled. Remove from heat, stir me into the pot of just boiled water and let me stand for 2 minutes until I’m nice and plump.

Add 2 - 3 Tbspns of butter and return me to a low heat for another 3 minutes, using a fork to fluff me, darling.

I’m done. If olive oil rocks your socks, drizzle a little over me before serving.
