HOW TO MAKE ME:


Heat a glug of olive oil in a pot. Pour in 1 cup of me, baby. Toast me on high for 1 minute, stirring constantly to coat me all over. Mmmm...

Add 2 cups of boiled water to the pot and bring me back to the boil. Cover me and let me simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more water if you feel I need it.

Take me off the heat, fluff me with a fork and drizzle me with olive oil. Serve me and loooove me.
